PromptReveal provides AI-powered prompt engineering tools, visual analysis, image enhancement, prompt translation, and automated social media scheduling utilities.
2. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PromptReveal to:
- Upload, generate, or share content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or violates third-party intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our backend APIs, bypass sliding-window rate limits, or disrupt our server infrastructure.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access our services without explicit written permission.
3. Account Credits & Quotas
- Certain features operate on a credit or daily usage-quota system (e.g., free guest uses or member subscription credits).
- We reserve the right to modify credit allocations, enforce server-side rate limiting, or restrict account access to prevent system abuse.
4. Intellectual Property & AI Ownership
- Your Output: Subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers (OpenAI, Midjourney, Black Forest Labs), you retain ownership of the prompts and content generated using your account.
- Our Platform: The PromptReveal brand, UI design, code, logo, and workflow systems remain our exclusive intellectual property.
5. Third-Party Model Disclaimer
PromptReveal is an independent SaaS tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Midjourney Inc., OpenAI (DALL-E), Black Forest Labs (Flux), Stability AI, or any other third-party AI model provider mentioned on our platform. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Limitation of Liability
PromptReveal is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, API uptime, or the absolute accuracy of AI-generated analysis. In no event shall PromptReveal be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
